Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. We provide free return shipping labels for eligible returns.

Wrong Item
